To check that, click on Organize menu and choose Folder and search options. ■ Before we continue, make sure that the option to see hidden files is turned on. ■ To make sure that nothing is left, open My Computer/Windows Explorer and navigate to drive C: (it’s usually C: drive, but it might be different depending on where you originally installed the app, or if you changed hard disk partitions). ■ Now just find the app, right click on it, and click uninstall. ■ Click on programs and features in the results. Open the start menu and type in the search box “ programs and features”. Make sure that the app that’s causing the problem is completely uninstalled.
